Gabriela Calix is the new Miss Teen Nicaragua 2012
Stunning Gabriela Calix, 16 year old from Chinandega city won the crown of Miss Teen Nicaragua 2012 during a pageant held on July 14 in Managua.
The competition was organized by Xiomara Blandino, former Miss Nicaragua Universe and Tourism Queen International.
Gabriela is currently 5th year high school at Colegio Hogar Paulo Sexto. She describes herself as very positive, outgoing, responsible, funny, kind, honest, reserved, loving and above all have faith in God. During her spare time, she enjoys dancing, reading about history, astronomy, reading the magazine 'You' and watch scary movies. She loves spending time with family and eating ice cream with friends.
The beauty queen dreams of having a career in Gynecology and Astronomy. Also, she would love to create a foundation for street children would be named "Luz de esperanza (Light of Hope)".
Calix compete representing the country in Miss Global Teen 2012 to be held in Mar del Plata, Argentina on November 24.
