BIO:
DESCRIBE YOUR CHILDHOOD/GROWING YEARS (8-13 Years old)
I was very blessed to have been raised by such loving and encouraging parents. At an early age, my siblings and I get to travel often and that led to our open mindedness about the different cultures not only here in the Philippines but to other parts of the world as well. Being well-traveled at an early age helped me understand why God distinguished each and every one of us in various parts of the earth, and that is because He wants us to discover that we are unique in our own ways.

WHAT LESSONS DID YOU LEARN FROM YOUR CHILDHOOD/GROWING YEARS?
As I mentioned earlier, not only did I get to absorb the various ways and cultures of the different countries I have been to but it also led me to ask and be curious about why people are different in different parts of our earth. That led me to answer my question in my own rite as well, and that is we need to realize that each and everyone of us is beautiful and unique in our own ways and that we don't need to change a single thing about ourselves because God created us in His own image and likeness.

WHAT IS YOUR MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT?
My most memorable moment was when my eldest sister won the Miss Philippines-Universe title back in 2005. During that time, I was diagnosed with obesity. And my sister attaining what she had achieved enabled me to realize that I could also pursue my dreams the way she had pursued hers. And so that was the day that I started to encourage myself that I too am capable of reaching whatever dreams I have in life just as long as I have trust and confidence in myself, and the drive to do whatever it takes to be on top.

WHAT IS YOUR ENVIRONMENTAL ADVOCACY?
I believe that each and every one of us should learn how to preserve the finite resources our Mother Earth has given us. And since this 2011 is proclaimed as the International Year of the Forests, we could start to be of help by lessening the utilization of trees for paper production. Let us reuse and recycle utilized paper handouts we get from our respective schools.
