Yuliya Sindzeyeva will represent Belarus at Miss World 2009

22 year old Yuliya Sindzeyeva, the vice-miss / 1st run-up in Miss Belarus 2006 was chosen to represent her country at Miss World 2009 Pageant to be held in Johannesburg, South Africa on December 12. Miss Belarus is held every two years, the next edition will be on 2010.
