Miss Bulgaria (Мис България) 2012 is Ina Mancheva

Charming 17 year old Ina Ivailova Mancheva was recently declared as the new Miss Bulgaria 2012 at the conclusion of a spectacular gala held at the TV7 studios in Sofia. She stands 1.70m tall and she's from Vratsa.

Ina Ivailova bested 11 other gorgeous hopefuls. She is currently a student and has lived in the United States. She will now the official representative of Bulgaria in Miss World 2012 to be held on August 18 in Ordos, Inner Mongolia.

The 1st run-up was Gabriela Vasileva and the 2nd run-up was Paula Kolentsova.

Ines Putri Crowned as Puteri Indonesia 2012

Stunning 22 year old Miss Bali, Ines Putri Tjiptadi Chandra won the coveted title of Puteri (Miss) Indonesia 2012 during the grand coronation night held at the Hall D2 JIEXPO Kemayoran in Jakarta.

Ines was based in London, United Kingdom and an avid sportswoman, winning awards as a golf player. She will now represent her native home country Indonesia in Miss World 2012 in Ordos, Inner Mongolia on August 18.

Miss East Java, Ovi Dian Aryani Putri received the 1st run-up position. While, Miss DKI Jakarta, Jennifer Sumia ended up as the 2nd run-up.

Attending the event as a special guest of honor was the reigning Miss World 2011, Ivian Sarcos from Venezuela.

Collette Lochore wins Miss World New Zealand 2012

18 year old Collette Lochore from Auckland was officially crowned as the new Miss World New Zealand 2012 during it's grand finale held at the Tasman Room of the Alexandra Park Function Centre in Auckland. She was crowned by Mianette Broekman, her predecessor.

Collette stands 1.81m tall and will be the Kiwi representative at the Miss World 2012 pageant on August 18 in Mongolia.

The 1st run-up and competing in Miss Earth 2012 was Gloria Ofa Blake. The 2nd run-up was Hannah Carson who will compete in Miss International 2012 in Okinawa, Japan. The 3rd run-up and delegate to Miss Tourism Queen International 2012 was Nicole Brown.

Miss World New Zealand is an annual beauty pageant that seeks an ambassador to represent New Zealand on the global Miss World stage.

It is a pageant designed to celebrate culture, beauty, fashion and talent and cherishes it's theme "Beauty with a Purpose", which embodies the true spirit of the crown by helping and supporting disadvantaged children.

Bongani Dlakama won the title of Miss Zimbabwe 2012

A beautiful native woman from Bulawayo, 23 year old Bongani Dlakama has been crowned as Miss Zimbabwe 2012 during it's coronation night held last April 27 at the Harare International Conference Centre in Harare.

Bongani will represent her country at Miss World 2012 contest on August 18 in Ordos Inner Mongolia in China.

Ended up as 1st run-up was Petinah Nhamburo, while the 2nd run-up was Ruvimbo Katiyo.

Jennifer Valle wins Senorita Honduras 2012

Young and fresh, 17 year old Jennifer Valle from Tegucigalpa won the title and crowned as the new (Miss) Senorita Honduras 2012 during a ceremony held last April 27 at the Colegio de Ingenieros Civiles Auditorium in San Pedro Sula.

Jennifer stands 1.74m tall and will represent in behalf of her country at the Miss World 2012 competition on August 18 to be held in Ordos, Inner Mongolia in China.

The 1st run-up was Natalia Coto and the 2nd run-up was Karina Padilla. Completing the top 5 finalists were Ginnette Espinoza and Adriana Redondo.

Nicole Houde was Arrested for Beating her Boyfriend

Former Miss New Hampshire USA 2010, Nicole Houde was arrested by the police after she reportedly punched, bit and scratched her boyfriend 33 year old Scott Nickerson during thier argument.

The former beauty queen, now at 26 fight began when Nickerson accused her of having an affair, and he took her cell phone and refused to return it. CBS Boston reports that his refusal to give her phone back prompted the violent outburst, and she was later arrested for simple assault.

Nicole is currently working as a personal trainer as well as beauty pageant consultant and has received make up consultation certification.

"I learned so much from my experience and I enjoyed doing everything that I did so why not expand that into my career and do what I love?!" she writes on her website.

That experience now includes doing make up work for high schoolers heading to prom and brides heading down the aisle.

"I look forward to helping others better themselves and reach for their goals because a lot of times life gets in the way, we get distracted and just need a little extra boost and help to get things on the right track."

Houde is just the one of latest Miss USA candidate to run into legal trouble, as the woman who beat Houde in 2010 pleaded no contest last month to drunken driving.

Nuestra Belleza El Salvador 2012 Winners

ANA YANCY CLAVEL

Last April 27, the Nuestra Belleza El Salvador 2012 pageant was held at the Royal Decameron Salinitas Resort in Los Cobanos. The stunning Ana Yancy Clavel was crowned NB Universo or Miss El Salvador Universe 2012.

19 year old Ana Yancy stands 1.73m tall and will represent her country in the Miss Universe 2012 competition next December.


MARIA LUISA VICUNA

Crowned as NB Mundo or Miss El Salvador World 2012 was the 18 year old Maria Luisa Vicuña who stands 1.75m tall. Maria Luisa will compete in Miss World 2012 in Ordos, Inner Mongolia in China on August 18.

Irene Gumero ended as the 1st run-up. Tania Arteaga was the 2nd run-up and Michelle Carazo finished as 3rd run-up.

Kristina Krajcirova received Miss Slovensko 2012 title

20 year old Kristina Krajcirova from Bratislava won the title of Miss Slovakia 2012 or locally referred as Miss Slovensko competition which celebrates it's 17th year held at the Incheba Expo in Bratislava last April 27.

Kristina stands 178cm tall will represent Slovakia in Miss World 2012 on August 18 in Ordos, Inner Mongolia in China.

Vice-Miss or the 1st run-up was Denisa Krajcovicova. She will enter the Miss International 2012 next October to be held in Okinawa, Japan.

Placed as the 2nd run-up was Silvia Kimlickova.

Miss World Denmark 2012 Official Delegates

Miss World Denmark is one of the country's most prestigious beauty competition. This year, it will be held at the Kokkedal Castle in Hørsholm on May 18, 2012.

Maya Olesen (photo above), Miss World Denmark 2011 will take her final walk and crown her successor at the end of the competition. The new winner will travel all the way to Ordos, Inner Mongolia in China to represent the country in Miss World 2012 on August 18.

Miss Mundo de Puerto Rico 2012 is Janelee Chaparro

20 year old Janelee Marie Chaparro Colon from Barceloneta received the title of Miss Mundo de Puerto Rico 2012 (Miss World Puerto Rico) at the Eternal Lounge of the Conrad San Juan Condado Plaza Hotel in San Juan last April 26.

Janelee Marie is currently a criminal justice student who stands 1.70m tall. She was the 1st run-up in Miss Mundo de Puerto Rico 2011 competition. Chaparro was handpicked to represent the Caribbean island after the date shift of the Miss World 2012 contest which happens to be held on August 18 in Ordos, Inner Mongolia in China.

Duran was dethroned | Dulcita Lieggi was the new Miss DR Universe 2012

Few days after being crowned Miss Republica Dominicana Universo 2012, Carlina Duran was stripped off her title after the organizers found out that she was previously married.

According to the local news site Diario Social, the announcement was made by Magali Febles, legal franchise holder and organizer of Miss Dominican Republic Universe.

Magali told that Duran will be replaced by the 1st run-up, Dulcita Lieggi Francisco. "We had no choice but to take away her title".

On the other hand, dethroned queen Duran assured to Listin Diario that her life as a married woman had never been impeccable. She mentioned details about her married life in a press release read by her attorney, Radhamed Cornielle. She had been married last June 2009 to Emad Adl, and the relationship was abruptly ended, and then proceeded to annul the marriage, she said. After her short marriage, she continued with her life as if it never happened.

Carlina who competed in Miss World Dominican Republic 2011 and represented the country in Miss Tourism Queen International 2011 in China. She said that hiding that aspect of her life to the Miss DR Universe organizers was a result of her inexperience.

Febles told that the situation was out of their decision and that she is following the rules and regulations set by the international franchise owners. She added that if the MUO rules were to change during the following months, Duran would retake and reinstate her title.

According to the Official Miss Universe rules, delegates should never been married or have never given birth. But the same rules also state that they should be naturally born woman, a rule that was previously nullified by Donald Trump (owner of the Miss Universe Organization) to acquire Jenna Talackova's petition on transgendered woman competing in Miss Universe Canada title.

Hong Kong's bet to Miss World 2012 is Kelly Cheung

The stunning 21 year old Kelly Cheung Hei-Man was selected to be the official representative of Hong Kong in Miss World 2012 pageant to be held in Ordos, Inner Mongolia in China on August 18.

Kelly was born in Chicago, Illinois. She's a Chinese-American model now based in Hong Kong. She was crowned and now the reigning Miss Chinese International 2012 and was awarded “Best New Model 2010” by Elite HK Model Management.
