Miss Florida Teen USA 2012 winner is Gracie Simmons

Fresh and young, Miss Fort Walton Beach Teen USA 2011, Gracie Simmons won the coveted title of Miss Florida Teen USA 2012 pageant. She will be the official representative of Florida in Miss Teen USA 2012 next year.
