Shavit Wiesel wins Miss Israel 2010
20 year old Shavit Wiesel from Kibbutz Be'eri was crowned as the new Miss Israel 2010 in a pageant held on March 8 in Haifa. She stands 1.80m tall and is an Israel Defense Forces soldier serving in the Teleprocessing Branch and has had a steady boyfriend for the past five years. After her army discharge she intends on volunteering and has expressed a interest in working with children with special needs. Shavit Wiesel will compete at the Miss World 2010 beauty pageant.
The Israel's Maiden of Beauty 2010 title was given to Bat-El Jubi, a 22 year old hotel receptionist from Afula. She stands tall at 1.72m. Bat-El Jubi will compete at the Miss Universe 2010 contest.
Named as Israel's Queen of Grace 2010 or the 1st run-up was Gal Erez. She is 18 years old and stands 1.73m tall. Gal Erez will represent Israel at the Miss Earth competition in Nha Trang, Vietnam.
Adi Sassi was named Miss Teen Israel 2010 or the 2nd run-up. And the 3rd-up up went to Shel Arazi, who was also awarded as Miss Congeniality.
