From historic Chatham-Kent, Ontario; Jocelyn Anna is an independent film maker with the eye and heart of an explorer. She is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a Psychology degree and minors in English and World Religions.
After graduating and finding her sense of purpose, Jocelyn pursued her passion to film and explore stories by making a trip to Athens Greece before traveling to the west coast to continue her journey in Vancouver, British Columbia, the city that was welcoming the world for the Olympic games. With filmmaking, Jocelyn has determined it is her quest to learn about diverse cultures and stories of heritage so she can take part in sharing appreciation for our multicultural world.
Through her travels and experiences, Jocelyn has endured a personal journey that has brought purpose and passion to her life and she has made it her ambition to impact others' lives in a similar way. She dedicates her efforts to touching people's lives and creating opportunity for people to be inspired. She envisions using tools such as filmmaking and social events to inspire others to be open to pondering their thoughts, making time to dream and embracing new beginnings and opportunities.
Jocelyn loves being involved and active; from playing tennis and ping-pong, attending concerts and cultural events, to enjoying the water and the great outdoors.
