Gamya Wijayadasa (Sri Lanka) - Miss World 2009 Candidate
Miss Sri Lanka, Gamya Wijayadasa is one of the 112 contestants of Miss World 2009 Beauty Pageant to be held on December 12 in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Gamya has recently completed her masters degree in applied commerce, after gaining a bachelors degree in science. Her ambition is to become an organisational psychologist and a diplomat. She describes herself as compassionate and composed and her favourite food is her mother’s home cooked Sri Lankan dishes. Gamya’s personal motto is “What the mind can conceptualise and believe it can achieve”.
