Romel Guelco is one of the 19 contestants of Mister Gay World Philippines 2009 Pageant which will be held on October 25 at Metro Bar, West Avenue, Quezon City. The winner of this contest will represent the Philippines at Mister Gay World 2009 Pageant to be held in Oslo, Norway.
