* 10: Candidates depart to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
* 15: Contestants depart to Johannesburg, South Africa.
* 17: Miss World Sportswoman 2009 Finals, Winner fast tracked to the semifinals.
* 18: Miss World Golf Competition.
* 22: Contestants depart to Durban, South Africa and stay at the Zimbali Resort Area.
* 24: Miss World Beach Beauty 2009 Finals, Winner fast tracked to the semifinals.
* 25: Contestants depart to Johannesburg, South Africa.
* 28: Miss World Top Model 2009 Finals. Winner fast tracked to the semifinals.
* 29: Contestants go to the Entabeni Safari Conservancy.
