Miss Earth Martinique 2009 is Pascale Nelide
18 year old Pascale Nelide was crowned as the new Miss Earth Martinique 2009. She will represent the eastern Carribean Sea in the Miss Earth 2009 Pageant.
Miss Martinique organization adheres to the requirements of Miss Earth pageant; one of those requirements is to crown the most beautiful woman, judging from her simplest look (without facial make-up).
