Miss Peru, Giuliana Cevallos is Miss Continente Americano 2010
22 year old Miss Peru, Giuliana Myriam Zevallos Roncagliolo was crowned as the new Miss American Continent 2010 also known as Miss Continente Americano 2010 pageant held on September 18 in Palacio de Cristal, Guayaquil, Ecuador. She was crowned by Miss American Continent 2009, Lina Mosquera.
1st run-up was Miss Mexico, Karla Maria Carrillo Gonzalez and the 2nd run-up was Miss Brazil, Marylia Bernardt Lila.
Completing the top 6 finalists were Miss Colombia, Leydi Viviana Gomez Cortes; Miss Dominican Republic, Alma Andreina Alvarez Alfonso; and Miss Venezuela, Gabriela Nidioska Concepcion Guzman.
Special awards given to the Most Beautiful Face to Miss Peru, Giuliana Myriam Zevallos Roncagliolo. Miss Photogenic award was given to Miss Canada, Chanel Beckenlehner. Voted by the contestants themselves, the Miss Congeniality Award was given to Miss Brazil, Marylia Bernardt Lila. And the best in national costume award went to Miss Peru, Giuliana Myriam Zevallos Roncagliolo.
