Andella Chileshe Matthews wins Miss Universe Zambia 2009
Andella Chileshe Matthews was crowned as the new Miss Universe Zambia 2009 last May 31. She won over a 6 week period on a combination of weekly Internet voting, text messaging and a panel of judges. Andella was crowned by Winfridah Mofu, Miss Universe Zambia 2008
21 year old sports fitness student, Andella stands 1.78m tall and she will travel to the beautiful island of Nassau, Bahamas to compete and represent her country at the Miss Universe 2009 Beauty Pageant on August 23.
