Miss Slovakia World 2009 is Barbora Franekova
Crowned as the new Miss Slovakia 2009 (Slovak Republic) was the 20 year old Barbora Franekova during a beauty pageant held last April 17 at Friday Cocktails Sibamac Arena in Bratislava, Slovakia. Barbora also received the Miss Internet Award. She will receive a contract, a sports car and a chance to travel as part of her prices aside from her crown.
Franekova is currently a law student from Zilina and also works as a professional model. She will represent her country at the Miss World 2009 Contest to be held in Johannesburg, South Africa later this December.
Declared as the Vice-miss (1st run-up) is Sona Skoncova while the 2nd run-up was Aneta Valentova.
