Miss International 2003 was Miss Venezuela, Goizeder Azua

45 beautiful contestants have competed in the annual Miss International 2003 Beauty Pageant as they celebrate their 43rd year. Goizeder Azua, Miss Venezuela won the coveted crown and also awarded as this year's Miss Photogenic. She also represented her country at the Miss World 2002 Contest and was one of the finalists. Goizeder was crowned by the reigning Miss International 2002, Christina Sawaya of Lebanon.

Close to the title was the 1st run-up, she was Shonali Nagrani of India. 2nd run-up was Miss Finland, Suvi Hartlin. Awarded as Miss Friendship by her co-candidates was Miss Japan, Saeko Matsumi. While Miss China, Wang Chan won the Best in National Costume Award.
