Miss Suomi (Finland Universe) 2009 Winners
Essi Poysti, a 21 year old stunner from Jyvaskyla wwas crowned as Miss Suomi 2009 or internationally known as Miss Finland Universe 2009. She stands 1.74m tall and will compete and represent her country at the Miss Universe Pageant later this year.
The 1st run-up was the 19 year old, Elsi Suolanen from Helsinki. While Linda Wikstedt also 19 years of age and from Helsinki was the 2nd run-up. Linda was also crowned Miss Finland World 2008 and represented her country in Miss World last year, in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Official Candidates
