Binibining Pilipinas 2009 Winners (Miss Philippines)
Marie Ann Umali, a 22 year old beauty from Batangas, City was crowned as Bb. Pilipinas World (Miss Philippines World), she will be competing at the Miss World 2009 Contest later this year. Marie Ann stands 5'7" tall and plans to become a Flight Attendant and putting up her own restaurant business in the future. She was also a former Bb. Lungsod ng Batangas 3rd run-up and Bb. Pilipinas 2006 Finalist.
Representing her country at the Miss Universe 2009 Pageant to be held in the islands of the Bahamas is the 22 year old Pamela Bianca Manalo from Manila who was named as Bb. Pilipinas Universe (Miss Philippines Universe). She stands 5'10" tall and earned a degree in Advertising from Assumption College and currently working as a Flight Attendant.
The 23 years old half-Filipina, half-German Melody Gersbach was crowned as Bb. Pilipinas International (Miss Philippines International) and will compete at the Miss International 2009 to be held in Macau and Japan. Melody was a former Miss Bicolandia 2008 and currenty working as a OIC and Manager of her family’s restaurant business in Legaspi.
Runners-up to the titles are Richelle Angalot, 20 years old as first run-up. She is known also as Rich Asuncion, a popular teen actress in the Philippines. While 2nd run-up is the 26 year old Regina Hahn who is the daughter of a former Bb. Pilipinas Universe and Miss Universe 1975 4th run-up, Rosemarie "Chiqui" Brosas Hahn.
