Miss Teen USA 2013 Official Delegates

The annual Miss Teen USA will celebrate it's 31st edition this year at the Atlantis Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas on August 10, 2013.

The event will be hosted by Karl Schmid and Tami Farrell. Logan West, the reigning Miss Teen USA 2012 will crown her successor at the end of the competition.

Winners of the 50 states together with District of Columbia will participate. Meet the 51 official contestants.

Michiko Tanaka crowned Miss World Japan 2013

For the first time, Japan made an exclusive pageant organized by Koo International Ltd. which selects the country's representative for Miss World, the first Miss World Japan took place last July 29, 2013 in Tokyo.

Winning the title was 23 year old Michiko Tanaka from Tokyo. She stands 5'7.5" tall and will enter the Miss World 2013 competition to take place it's finals on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Sentul, Bogor, West Java and in Nusa Dua Complex in Bali, Indonesia.

Heny Tavares wins the 1st Miss Mundo Guine-Bissau 2013

The very first edition of Miss Mundo Guine-Bissau 2013 (Miss World Guinea Bissau) took place at the Azalai 24 de Setembro Hotel in Bissau on July 26. Emerged as the titleholder was the 21 year old Heny Lidia Tavares from Bafata.

Finished as the 1st run-up was Jaquilina de Sousa, while the 2nd run-up was Tatiana Djau.

Heny will now get ready to travel to Indonesia and represent her Portuguese speaking African nation, Guinea-Bissau in the upcoming Miss World 2013 finals to take place at the Sentul International Convention Center in Sentul, Bogor, West Java and in Nusa Dua Complex in Bali on September 28.

Michelle Munyanduki is Miss International Zimbabwe 2013

20 year old Michelle Munyanduki from Harare was recently crowned as the new Miss International Zimbabwe 2013 held at the Crowne Plaza Monomotapa in Harare last July 5.

Michelle stands 5'9" tall and she will compete representing Zimbabwe in Miss International 2013 pageant to take place probably on October or November later this year.

Ketsia Iciena Lioudy crowned Miss Haiti 2013

Ketsia Iciena Lioudy from Cap-Haitien recently crowned as the new Miss Haiti 2013 during an event held at the Karibe Convention Center in Petionville on July 25.

Ketsia will represent Haiti in the finals of Miss World 2013 to be held on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Sentul, Bogor, West Java and in Nusa Dua Complex in Bali, Indonesia.

In 1st run-up place was Clara Luce Lafond who will enter the Miss International 2013 to be held this coming October/November.

The 2nd run-up was Daina Augustin.

Christine Mwaaba to represent Zambia in Miss World 2013

Former Miss Zambia 2010 2nd run-up, Christine Mwaaba was appointed by her national director to be the official representative of Zambia in Miss World 2013.

24 year old Christine from Lusaka stands 5'8.5" tall. She was supposed to compete in 2010, but withdrew due to personal reasons. She will now travel to Indonesia to compete in the finals to be held on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Sentul, Bogor, West Java and in Nusa Dua Complex in Bali.

Julie LeBrasseur crowned Miss Monde Martinique 2013

19 year old Julie Anne-Laure LeBrasseur from Ducas was crowned as the new Miss Monde Martinique 2013 during a glamorous contest held at the Pottery Village in Les Trois-Ilets last July 27.

Standing 5'9" tall, Julie will represent her island at the upcoming Miss World 2013 finals to take place at the Sentul International Convention Center in Sentul, Bogor, West Java and in Nusa Dua Complex in Bali, Indonesia on September 28.

Finished as 1st run-up was 20 year old Rani Charles from Fort-de-France. She will enter the Miss Earth 2013 competition later this year.

In 2nd run-up was Cindy Jolie who stands 5'9.5" in height. She will compete in Miss Supranational 2013 to be held on September 6 at the Sport's Palace of Minsk in Minsk, Belarus.

Maria-Anna Zenieris is Miss World Singapore 2013

18 year old Maria-Anna Weiling Zenieris recently crowned as the new Miss World Singapore 2013 during an contest held last July 28 at the Pan Pacific Hotel.

Finished as 1st run-up was Elizabeth Houghton and 2nd run-up was Rachel Leng.

Maria Anna will be the official representative of Singapore in Miss World 2013 finals to take place on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Sentul, Bogor, West Java and in Nusa Dua Complex in Bali, Indonesia.

Koreen Medina wins Mutya ng Pilipinas 2013

Former Happy Yipee Yehey's My Girl Grand winner, Koreen Medina from Quezon City beat out other 30 hopefuls as she won the title of Mutya ng Pilipinas Asia Pacific 2013 during the 45th Mutya ng Pilipinas (Pearl of the Philippines) pageant held at the NBC Tent in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig last July 26.

18 year old Koreen stands 5'6.5" tall and she will compete representing the Philippines in Miss Intercontinental 2013 contest on November in Egypt.

Meanwhile, Angeli Dione Gomez was crowned as Mutya ng Pilipinas Tourism International 2013. This 20 year old beauty from Cebu City also competed in Bb. Pilipinas 2013.

Standing at 5'5.5" tall, Angeli Dione will enter the Miss Tourism International 2013 on December in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Finished as the 1st run-up was Maureen Ann Montagne, while the 2nd run-up was Kristian Aubrey Nolasco.

A special crown was honored to Asdis Lisa Karsdottir as she was declared Mutya ng Pilipinas Overseas Communities 2013

Completing the top 10 finalists were Nazita Reyhanian, Catherine Denise Trivino, Joselle Mariano, Vina Openiano and Bb. Pilipinas 2013 contestant Zandra Flores.

Aside from the crown, Koreen Medina won numerous special awards: Mutya ng Sheridan, Best in Talent, Mutya ng Zen Institute, Mutya ng Crimson, Mutya ng Lancaster Hotel Manila and Mutya ng Careline by Ever Belina.

Zandra Flores won Press Favorite and Miss Photogenic. Vina Openiano awarded as Best in Swimsuit, while Marichat Evaristo was the Best in Long Gown and Best in National Costume.

Asdis Lisa Karlsdottir was chosen Mutya People's Choice Awardee. Ivy Camille Villanueva was voted by her co-candidates as Miss Friendship.

The event was hosted by former Mutya ng Pilipinas Queens Kirby Ann Basken, Kristine Caballero and Patricia Fernandez together with basketball star and TV host Cris Tiu.

Joselle Mariano was Mutya ng Mags, Catherine Denise Trivino is Mutya ng Informatics, Angeli Dione Gomez wins Mutya ng Crimson and Maureen Ann Montagne was Mutya ng IVI Collagen.

Min-ji Park to represent Korea in Miss World 2013

Placed 2nd run-up in Miss World Korea 2011, Min-ji Park from Busan was chosen by Jungah Park, national director of Miss World in the country to be the official entry of Korea in Miss World 2013 to be held on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Sentul, Bogor, West Java and in Nusa Dua Complex in Bali, Indonesia.

The Miss World Korea organization is currently planning the Miss World Korea 2014 pageant after successfully winning a court case involving Hankook Ilbo, organizers of Miss Korea.

Alexandra Backstrom crowned Miss World Norway 2013

Alexandra Marie Backstrom who hails from Oslo won the title of Miss World Norway 2013 during a casting call organized by national director, Morten Sommerfeldt in Oslo last July 9.

Alexandra Marie will now get ready to represent Norway in Miss World 2013 to be held at the Sentul International Convention Center in Sentul, Bogor, West Javaand in Nusa Dua Complex in Bali, Indonesia.

Kertis Malone is British Virgin Island's bet to Miss World 2013

21 year old Kertis Kassandra Malone from Tortola was hand picked to be the official representative of the British Virgin Islands in the upcoming Miss World 2013 to be held on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Sentul, Bogor, West Java and in Nusa Dua Complex in Bali, Indonesia.

Kertis was chosen by a selected panel consists of three women following consultations with the Miss World Organisers in London.

Standing 5'5" tall, Malone is a talented singer and also have some pageant experience.

Mariama Diallo to represent Guinea in Miss World 2013

Guinea will participate in Miss World pageant for the very first time. The 22 year old Mariama Diallo from Conakry was chosen to represent the Republic of Guinea.

Standing 5'7" tall, Mariama won the title of Miss CEDAO 2012, a traditional beauty contest in west Africa.

Diallo will travel to Indonesia to compete in Miss World 2013 finals to take place at the Sentul International Convention Center in Sentul, Bogor, West Java and in Nusa Dua Complex in Bali, Indonesia on September 28.

Rakhima Ganiyeva is the 1st Miss Uzbekistan 2013

The very first edition of Miss Uzbekistan took place in Tashkent last July 20, 2013. It was organized by Animesh Barua, president of Interalliance Uzbekistan, and national director of Miss World in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.

Emerged as the winner was Rakhima Ganiyeva from Tashkent. She will travel to Indonesia to represent Uzbekistan in the upcoming Miss World 2013 pageant on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Sentul, Bogor, West Java and in Nusa Dua Complex in Bali, Indonesia.

Gina Hargitay wins Miss Jamaica World 2013

18 year old Gina Hargitay from Kingston won the title of Miss World Jamaica 2013 which took place at the Montego Bay Convention Center on July 21.

Jenaee Jackson was the 1st run-up and Amanda McCreath was the 2nd run-up.

Gina stands 5'10" tall and she will be the official representative of Jamaica in Miss World 2013 to be held on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Sentul, Bogor, West Java and in Nusa Dua Complex in Bali, Indonesia.

Stephanie Evangelista crowned Miss Aruba 2013

24 year old Stephanie Guillen Evangelista from De Vuyst won the title of Miss Aruba 2013 held at the Grand Ballroom of the Westin Aruba in Palm Beach on July 19.

Close to the title was the 1st run-up Jarnely Martinus, while the 2nd run-up was Giorgina Martinus.

Stephanie will travel to Russia to represent her country in Miss Universe 2013 to be held on November 9 at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow.

Sherrece Villafana wins Miss World Trinidad & Tobago 2013

19 year old Sherrece Villafana from San Fernando was crowned Miss World Trinidad & Tobago 2013 during an annual event took place at the National Academy for the Performing Arts of the University of Trinidad and Tobago in Port of Spain on July 20. It was organized by Athaliah Samuel, the interim national director of Miss World in the Caribbean archipelago.

Ria da Costa ended as the 1st run-up and Starlet Lewis was the 2nd run-up.

Sherrece stands 5'11" tall and she will represent her country in Miss World 2013 pageant on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Sentul, Bogor, West Java and in Nusa Dua Complex in Bali, Indonesia.

Luna Isabella Voce wins Miss Universe Italy 2013

25 year old Luna Isabella Voce from Calabria won the title and was crowned as the new Miss Universe Italy 2013 held at the Great Theater of the Rainbow MagicLand in Valmontone on July 20.

Luna stands 1.78m tall and she will travel to Russia to represent her country in Miss Universe 2013 finals on November 9 at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow.

Guisseppina Baafi crowned Miss Ghana 2013

22 year old Guisseppina Baafi won the title of Miss Ghana 2013 held at the Banquet Hall of the State House in Accra last July 20.

Ended as 1st run-up was Magaret Kuma-Mintah and Crystal Selorm Amudzi finished as 2nd run-up.

Guisseppina will be preparing to represent Ghana in Miss World 2014 next year.

Miss Ireland 2013 is Aoife Rose Walsh

The annual Miss Ireland contest was held it's edition this year at the Ballsbridge Hotel in Dublin on July 20, 2013. It was hosted by TV3′s Elaine Crowley and former Big Brother star Ray Shah.

The panel of celebrity judges includes former Miss Ireland of 1984 Olivia Treacy, Sarah Morrissey and Miss Ireland 1993 & TV personality Pamela Flood. Celebrity personal trainer Paul Byrne, owner of Great Lengths Ireland Katie Jane Goldin and boxer Bernard Dunne.

The stunning 23 year old Aoife Rose Walsh from Clonmel was announced as the over-all winner at the evening's titleholder. She stands 5'7" tall and will get to travel to Indonesia to represent Ireland in Miss World 2013 finals on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Sentul, Bogor, West Java and in Nusa Dua Complex in Bali.

Anna Banner is the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria 2013

18 year old Anna Ebiere Banner from Bayelsa was declared as the winner of the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria 2013 contest held at the Banquet Hall of the Bayelsa State Government House in Yenagoa on July 20.

Anna will travel to Indonesia to represent Nigeria in Miss World 2013 pageant to be held on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Sentul, Bogor, West Java and in Nusa Dua Complex in Bali.

The 1st run-up place and also named as MGBN Universe 2013 was 19 year old Stephanie Okwu from Imo. She will enter the Miss Universe 2013 competition on November 9 at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia.

Finished as the 2nd run-up also crowned as MGBN Tourism 2013 was Powede Lawrence. She will compete in Miss Tourism 2013.

Camila Andrade crowned Miss Chile 2013

22 year old Camila Andrade from Concepcion won the title of Miss Chile 2013 during the final episode of the reality show "Proyecto Miss Chile" held at the Canal 13 studios in Santiago last July 18.

Renata Barchiesi and Romina Lancelott finished as the 1st and 2nd runners-up respectively.

Camila stands 5'6" tall and she will travel to Indonesia to represent Chile in Miss World 2013 to take place on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Sentul, Bogor, West Java and in Nusa Dua Complex in Bali.

Erin Holland wins Miss World Australia 2013

24 year old Erin Victoria Holland from Sydney was crowned as the new Miss World Australia 2013 during the yearly event held at the Mansion Hotel in Werribee on July 20.

Natalia Kalinowski placed as the 1st run-up while Yasmin Kassim was the 2nd run-up.

Erin stands 5'9.5" tall and she will be the official candidate representing Australia in Miss World 2013 to take place on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Sentul, Bogor, West Java and in Nusa Dua Complex in Bali, Indonesia.
