Diana Avdiu crowned Miss Universe Kosova 2012

19 year old Diana Avdiu was recently crowned last June 21 as the new Miss Universe Kosova 2012. Her 1st run-up was Liridona Miftari. While the 2nd run-up was Elga Shala.

Standing 174m tall, Diana from Pristina currently works as a professional model and walked with some renowned designers, including a job for print and runway for Sherri Hill. As the new titleholder, she will represent Kosovo in the upcoming Miss Universe 2012 beauty pageant on December.

Meet Georgia's representative to Miss World 2012

Miss Georgia 2011 1st run-up, Salome Khomeriki was appointed to compete and represent her country in Miss World 2012 beauty pageant to take place in Ordos, Inner Mongolia in China on August 18.

Standing 179cm tall, 20 year old Salome from Tbilisi was handpicked due to the date of the international contest. The annual Miss Georgia competition will approximately take place on September/October later this year, where the winner compete in Miss World 2013 and Miss Universe 2012 on December.

Miss US Paradise 2012 is Taiesa Annique Lashley

24 year old Taiesa Annique Lashley from Saint Thomas received the title of of Miss US Paradise 2012.

The new beauty queen was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She will now represent U.S Virgin Islands in Miss World 2012 scheduled to be held in Ordos, Inner Mongolia in China on August 18.

Taiesa Annique stands 1.65m tall and holds a degree in Hospitality Management and the founder of S.P.A.R.K.S., the organization dedicated to promoting a healthy social environment in university campuses in her island.

Fikreta Husic wins Miss Bosne i Hercegovine 2012

17 year old Fikreta Husic from Brcko was crowned as the new Miss Bosne i Hercegovine 2012 winner during a glamorous beauty pageant held at the International Center for Children and Youth Novo in Sarajevo.

Fikreta will now represent Bosnia & Herzegovina in Miss World 2012 contest on August 18 at the Dongsheng Fitness Center Stadium in Ordos, Inner Mongolia at the People's Republic of China.

Close to the title was the 1st run-up Anja Dudurovic. While the 2nd run-up was Jelena Lukic.

Meet the new Nigerian delegate to Miss World 2012

Damiete Charles-Granville (21) was the 1st run-up and also crowned the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria-Universe last May and supposed to compete in Miss Universe 2012, will now compete and represent her country Miss World 2012 beauty pageant on August 18 in Ordos, Inner Mongolia in China.

Damiete will replace the original winner, Isabella Ayuk (25) who was not allowed to compete because of the age requirements of the international pageant.

An official statement has not been released by Silverbird Productions, organizers of the MBGN national pageant. But given the chance, Isabella can participate in Miss Universe 2012 competition on December, where the age limit is up to 27 years old.

Anastasija Skibunova to represent Latvia in Miss World 2012

The original representative of Latvia was Mis Latvija 2012 winner, Eva Dombrovska was unable to compete internationally due to conflict with schedule of her studies in the university. She will be competing in Miss World 2013 next year in Bali, Indonesia.

Meanwhile, replacing her was the runner-up, Anastasija Skibunova. She will go to Dongsheng Fitness Center Stadium in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, China to compete in Miss World 2012 beauty pageant on August 18.

Trinidad & Tobago's bet for Miss World 2012

24 year old Athaliah Samuel currently studying a degree in Communications and hopes to work in a public relations someday.

Standing 178cm tall, Athaliah was handpicked to receive the title of Miss World Trinidad & Tobago and will be the official representative of her Republic Caribbean island to the Miss World 2012 beauty pageant to be held on August 18 at the Dongsheng Fitness Center Stadium in Ordos, Inner Mongolia at the People's Republic of China.

Albanian Candidate to Miss World 2012

Floriana Garo was chosen to represent Albania in Miss World 2012 which was scheduled to be held on August 18 at the Dongsheng Fitness Center Stadium in Ordos, Inner Mongolia at the People's Republic of China.

23 year old Floriana stands 1.80m tall and works as a professional model.

Contestants of Mister & Miss Island Philippines 2012

A total of 23 official candidates - 11 gorgeous women and 12 sexy gentlemen were presented to the press as this year's Mr. and Miss Island Philippines 2012 official delegates.

Ovette Ricalde, organizer of the pageant announced that the male winner will represent the country in Mister Earth 2012 to be held in Guatemala. While the female grand winner will compete in Miss Globe International 2012 in Turkey.

Prior to the finals, the hopefuls undergone through rigorous personality development training, Earth Stewardship seminars, photo shoots and a series of sponsor visits. They also spearheaded a tree-planting activity with the Governor of Rizal Casimiro M. Ynares.

The grand coronation night was scheduled on June 23 at the Ynarez Sports Arena in Pasig City. A special telecast on June 24 at 10:30pm via Studio23.

New International Queen of Cattle 2012 Winner

Miss Ecuador, Gabriela Armas edged out other 10 international delegates and won the title of International Queen of Cattle 2012 held in Monteria (Cordoba), Colombia on June 17th.

Gabriela competed last year in Miss Tourism Queen International where she was awarded Miss Friendship.

The 1st run-up or the "virreina" was Maria Jose Brito from Venezuela.

Winner of Mister Brazil 2012 is Willian Rech

25 year old Willian Rech from the city of Novo Hamburgo in Rio Grande do Sul was crowned as the new Mister Brazil 2012 held last June 17.

William works as a model and events’ promoter. He will compete in the the next edition of Mister World or Manhunt International contests.

Greece's representative to Miss World 2012

Anastasia Sidiropoulou was chosen to represent Greece at the upcoming Miss World 2012 beauty pageant to take place on August 18 in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, People's Republic of China.

19 year old Anastasia from Athens stands 1.73m tall.

Miss Mondo Italia (World Italy) 2012

23 year old Jessica Bellinghieri from Messina won the title of Miss Mondo Italia 2012 during a glamorous beauty pageant held last June 16 at the Area Blue Salento in Gallipoli. Run-up to her position was Jessica Ama.

Jessica stands 1.76m tall and will represent Italy in Miss World 2012 competition on August 18 in Ordos, Inner Mongolia in China.

Winner of Miss World Tanzania 2012

24 year old Lisa Jensen won the crown and the title of Miss World Tanzania 2012 during a glittering pageant held on June 10 in Dar es Salaam where 10 delegates competed.

Lisa will represent her country in Miss World 2012 in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, People's Republic of China on August 18.

Miss US International 2012 Winner

22 year old Amanda Renee Delgado from Los Angeles California won the title of Miss U.S International 2012 during an annual pageant held last June 25 at the Dr. Philips High School Auditorium in Orlando, Florida.

Amanda Renee stands 1.76m tall and she will represent USA in Miss International 2012 in Okinawa, Japan on October 7.
