Miss Bolivia 2009 - 2010 Beauties was Crowned


Miss Chuquisaca, Claudia Arce was crowned as the new Miss Bolivia Universe 2009 in a beauty pageant held at the Gran Mariscal Theater of Sucre, and marked Gloria Limpias' 30th anniversary as organizer of the pageant. Claudia is 18 years old and stands 1.73m tall. She will represent her country at the Miss Universe 2010 Pageant.

Flavia Foianini, Miss Bicentenario was the 1st run-up and also crowned as Miss Bolivia World 2009. She will travel to Johannesburg, South Africa to compete in the Miss World 2009 Contest on December 12.

Ximena Vargas, Miss Santa Cruz, was the 2nd runner-up and also named Miss Bolivia International. She will compete in Miss International 2009 in Macau.

Paola Flores, Miss Litoral will represent Bolivia in Miss American Continent, in Ecuador.

Miss Universe 2008, Dayana Mendoza of Venezuela, and her runner-up, Taliana Vargas of Colombia, were present at the event as special guests.

Miss Universe Guam 2009 is Racine Manley

Racine Manley was crowned as the new Miss Universe Guam 2009 and will represent her country at the Miss Universe 2009 Contest on August 23 to be held in the beautiful island of Nassau, Bahamas. Racine is stands 1.68m tall and was crowned by Siara Robertson, Miss Guam 2008

Racine is a native Chamorro who is 24 years old. She listed dancing, running, among others as her hobbies. She is also interested in studying the native language of Guam and in her official bio, she used some phrases in the Chamorro language including the greeting Hafa Adai. Aside from the title, Racine also received several special awards including Miss Photogenic, Best in Evening Gown and Best in Swimsuit. Finishing as first runner-up is Clarissa Damian and the second runner-up is Jodee Catahay.

Miss Latin America in the World 2009 (Miss America Latina del Mundo 2009) Contest was held in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. 22 lovely ladies from different countries participated. But Miss Costa Rica, Johanna Solano ended up wearing the crown.

    Joanna Brown was crowned as the new Miss Bahamas World 2009 in a beauty pageant held last May 31 where 13 of the most beautiful girls in Bahamas compete for the title. The new queen was crowned by Tinnyse Johnson, Miss Bahamas World 2008. Joanna is 17 years old, stands 6'0" tall and represent as Miss Grand Bahama World. She will travel to Johannesburg, South Africa on December to compete and represent her country at the Miss World 2009 Contest.

    Sorrawee Nattee or สรวีย์ นัดทีิ์ (แจส) (left) was crowned as the new Miss Tiffany's Universe 2009 last May 15. She was also awarded as the Best Costume. Sorawee will represent Thailand in Miss Interantional Queen 2009, a speacial international beauty pageant for transsexuals / transvestites.

    The 1st run-up and also recipient of Miss Unlimited Sexy Star award is Wirittorn Narapaipimol or วิริทธิ์ธร นรภัทรพิมล (เบล) (right).

    Awarded as Miss Perfect Complexion and also the 2nd run-up was Napatsawan Cholakorn or ณภัสวรรณ ชลกร (นัท) (left).

    Miss Photogenic Award was given to Lurluck Lerdworapong or เลอลักษณ์ เลิศวรพงษ์ (นัท) (right). While Preerada Maneeket or พีรดา มานีเกตุ (อุ้ย)(left) was awarded as Miss Congeniality.

    Miss Malaysia Universe 2009 is Joanne Belle Ng Li Vun

    Miss Malaysia Universe 2009 Beauty Pageant was held last May 30, 2009 in Kuala Lumpur. Ending up as the new winner was Joanne Belle Ng Li Vun. She was crowned by Miss Malaysia 2008, Levy Li Su Lin. Joanne will travel to the beautiful islands of Nassau, Bahamas to compete for the title of Miss Universe 2009 on August 23.

    Cassandra Patrick and Claudia Tania Sibert was the 1st and 2nd runners-up respectively.

    Iluminata James was crowned Miss Universe Tanzania 2009

    Iluminata James was named as the new Miss Tanzania 2009 in a live event held at the Mlimani Conference Centre in Dar-es-Salaam where 20 gorgeous ladies vie for the coveted crown. She was crowned by Amanda Sululu. Iluminata will be representing her country at the Miss Universe 2009 Pageant on August 23 to be held in the beautiful islands of Nassau, Bahamas.

    The first run-up was Evelyn Almasi, while Hidaya Maeda emerged as the second run-up.
