Rachael Finch wins Miss Universe Australia 2009

A TV presenter and also a model from Townsville, the 20 year old Rachel Finch was crowned the new Miss Australia 2009 in a beauty pageant held at Hilton Hotel in Sydney on April 22. She was crowned by Laura Dundovic, Miss Australia 2008.

Rachel now lives in Alexandria, Sydney but originally come from Townsville (Queensland). She works for Platinum Television, a company that provides video contents for bars and events. She is also an ambassador for the Heart Foundation.

Ms. Finch stands 1.76m tall and beat more than 7,000 entrants and 31 other finalists to take out the title. The new Miss Australia 2009 will represent her country at the Miss Universe 2009 Contest to be held in Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas.

Mister Manhunt Hungary 2009 is Gergo Gacsi

Gergo "Greg" Gacsi was named as the new Mister Hungary 2009. He is 28 years old and stands tall at 181cm. Gergo will represent his country at the Manhunt International 2009 Beauty Contest held later this year.

Mister New Zealand Manhunt is Kristian Bray

Kristian Bray is the representative of New Zealand in this year's edition of Manhunt International Beauty Pageant to be held in South Korea later this year. He is 30 years old 186cm tall. Kristian is currenty working as a personal trainer in his country.

Miss Gibraltar 2009 Official Contestants

Miss Gibraltar 2009 Pageant will take place on June 27 to be held at the Alameda Open Air Theatre. The winner will go to Johannesburg, South Africa to compete and represent her country at the Miss World 2009 Contest later this December. She will also receive a cash prize of £3,500 as the new Miss World Gibraltar 2009.
