Joyce Tay crowned Miss Earth Malaysia 2011

24 year old International Business student, Joyce Tay was crowned Miss Malaysia Earth 2011 in a beauty contest held on June 26 at the Syuan Hotel Ballroom, Ipoh where almost 500 guests attended. She was crowned by Appey Rowena, Miss Earth Malaysia 2010.

Joyce Tay is from Melaka and she stands 1.73m tall. She will represent Malaysia in Miss Earth 2011 pageant to be held in Pattaya, Thailand on December 3.
