Chung Thuc Quyen will represent Vietnam at Miss International 2010
23 year old Chung Thuc Quyen will represent Vietnam at Miss International 2010 beauty pageant on November 7 in Sichuan Province Gymnasium, Chengdu, China.
According to the Elite Vietnam, the Department of Performing Arts, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, issued Chung Thuc Quyen the permit on October 8.
Chung Thuc Quyen competed before in Miss Supranational 2009 contest in Poland. She was in the top 15 finalists.
Chung Thuc Quyen was born in 1987 and stands 1.72 m tall with the vital statistics of 82-61-91.
