Miss Peru Universo - Mundo 2010 Winners
Miss Peru 2010 was held on May 22 at the Parque de la Amistad, Lima.
Crowned as Miss Peru Universe 2010 or Miss Peru Universo 2010 is the 22 year old Giuliana Zevallos, Miss Loreto. She is from Lima and stands 5'11" tall. She was crowned by Karen Schwarz, Miss Peru Universe 2009. Giuliana Zevallos competed before in Miss Earth 2008 contest but unplaced. She will now compete at the Miss Universe 2010 beauty pageant to be held on August 23 at Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Winning the title of Miss Peru World 2010 or Miss Peru Mundo 2010 was the 19 year old Alexandra Liao, Miss Lima. She was crowned by Claudia Maria Carrasco, Miss Peru World 2009. Alexandra Liao stands 5'11" tall and she will compete at the Miss World 2010 contest.
Awarded as Miss Fitness and also placed as the 1st run-up was Elizabeth Aedo, Miss Lambayeque. She stands 5'11.5" tall. Elizabeth Aedo will compete at the Miss Tourism Queen International 2010 competition.
Completing the top 6 finalists were: 2nd run-up, Claudia Villafuerte, Miss Ucayali, 3rd run-up, Sofia Rivera, Miss Pasco and the 4th run-up Cinthia Risco, Miss La Libertad.
