Happie Ntelamo was crowned Miss Namibia World 2009

Happie Ntelamo was crowned as the new Miss Namibia 2009 held last Saturday, June 6 at the Windhoek Country Club & Resort in Windhoek. She was crowned by Marelize Robberts, Miss Namibia 2008. Happie is 21 years old and stands 185cm tall. She will represent her country at the Miss World 2009 Beauty Pageant to be held in Johannnesburg, South Africa on December 12.



1st run-up title goes to Tanya Schemmer, while the 2nd run-up was Susan van Zyl.

Renate Cerljen won Miss Universe Sweden 2009

21 year old Renate Cerljen won the Miss Universe Sweden 2009 Beauty Pageant. She stands 175cm tall and she will represent her country at the Miss Universe 2009 on August 23 to be held in the beautiful islands of Nassau, Bahamas.

The 1st run-up title goes to Michaela Savic, while the 2nd run-up was Alexandra Rydestrom.

Andella Chileshe Matthews wins Miss Universe Zambia 2009

Andella Chileshe Matthews was crowned as the new Miss Universe Zambia 2009 last May 31. She won over a 6 week period on a combination of weekly Internet voting, text messaging and a panel of judges. Andella was crowned by Winfridah Mofu, Miss Universe Zambia 2008

21 year old sports fitness student, Andella stands 1.78m tall and she will travel to the beautiful island of Nassau, Bahamas to compete and represent her country at the Miss Universe 2009 Beauty Pageant on August 23.

Miss Earth Venezuela 2009 also known as Sambil Model 2009 will be held on June 12. The winner will be the representative of Venezuela at Miss Earth 2009 Pageant in Manila, Philippines later this year. Miss Earth Venezuela 2008, Daniela Torrealba Pacheco will take her final walk and crown her successor during the final event. A total of 19 gorgeous Venezuelans will compete for the coveted title:

Karenina Sunny Halim crowned Miss Indonesia 2009

22 year old Karenina Sunny Halim, Miss DKI Jakarta won the Miss Indonesia 2009 Beauty Pageant. She was crowned by Miss World 2008, Ksenia Sukhinova of Russia. Karenina will travel to Johannesburg, South Africa on December to compete and represent her country at the Miss World 2009 Contest.

Karenina has 6 diplomas from the Christian Home Schooling and is a teacher for children who were victms of the Tsunami.

Runners-up to the title were Miss Sulawesi Barat, Melati Putri Kusuma Dewi and Miss Bali, Viviane.
