Miss Oregon USA 2011 winner is Anna Prosser

Anna Prosser was crowned as the new Miss Oregon USA 2011 at a beauty pageant held on October 3 at Bend at the River House Convention Center.

Anna Prosser will represent the state of Oregon in Miss USA 2011 next year.
