INTERVIEW:

What environmental project will you create to promote the protection of Mother Earth and why?
Program for school children.

What makes you proud of your country and what can you promote about it?
My country is such a beautiful place with a lot of history and I want to share it with the rest of the world. Beautiful in so many ways, from its holos to the scenery it has to the people who live here. A city in my country has also been awarded with the “First City of Culture” award, and this is something that I am most proud of.

Describe your childhood/growing years:
I had a great childhood. My family were my bestfriends. I grew up with my cousins and have so many memories of my family laughing together.

What lessons did you learn from your childhood/growing years?
I learn not to be so shy. While growing up I was quiet and didn’t say much or get involved much but I soon realized the need to be myself and not be afraid to express it.

What is your most memorable moment?
Being crowned Miss Earth Northern Ireland. I am so proud to be representing my country.

What is your environmental advocacy and why did you choose it?
I am supporting the preservation of our own natural resources. We need to have them always so we need to use them wisely.

What tip can you share to promote sustainable energy for all?
It can be something as simple as choosing to dry your clothes on the line rather than using a tumble dryer.

Other information that you would like to share with the Miss Earth Management:
My main goal in life is to become a positive role model for young people and Miss Earth has given me such a good platform to do this.
