Mrs. Philippines Universe 2010 | Maria Muriel Moral
Maria Muriel "Lala" Moral was chosen to represent the Philippines in the Mrs. Universe 2010 Beauty Pageant to be held in Vilnius, Lithuania, on August 22.
46 year old Maria Muriel Moral is married to businessman Joeffrey Pandi by whom she has two sons, Joram and Jared. Pandi is a board member of the Provincial Government of Camarines Norte where the family is based.
The new Mrs. Philippines Universe 2010 finished both elementary and high school a valedictorian at the Colegio del Santisimo Rosario in Libmanan, Camarines Sur and graduated with a B.S. Civil Engineering degree (now a licensed civil engineer) from the University of Nueva Caceres (UNC) in Naga City ("The Heart of Bicol") in Camarines Sur in 1985. She was Miss UNC Friendship in 1983, Miss UNC Coed in 1985, Miss Bicolandia in 1987, Miss Philippine Eagles in 1987 before she won the Bb. Pilipinas-Maja International in 1988.
Maria Muriel Moral is an international winner and awardee. When she represented her country in the Miss Maja International 1988 Pageant in Puerto Rico, she won the Best in National Costume Award and the Miss Maja Simpatica Award.
