Miss South Africa 2010 is Bokang Montjane

24 year old Bokang Montjane from Honeydew Ridge was crowned Miss South Africa 2010 in a beauty pageant held on December 12 in Sun City. She was crowned by Miss South Africa 2009, Nicole Flint.

Her 1st run-up or second princess was Dhesha Jeram from Constantia, Cape Town. She is 23 years old and has a B.Com degree in Economics and Management and is currently working for Shell SA in Human Resources.

The 2nd run-up or third princess was Bianca Coutinho from Bedfordview, Johannesburg. She is an events coordinator at Sandton City Shopping Centre and attained a BA Corporate Communication from the University of Johannesburg.



The new Miss South Africa 2010, Bokang Montjane stands 1.75m tall and has a diploma in Public Relations Management and her hobbies include; singing, reading motivational books and going to the movies.

Bokang was also been former Miss Teen Limpopo 2004, Miss UJ 2006, Miss Earth South Africa 2007 and competed in Miss Earth 2007, Miss International South Africa 2009 and competed at Miss International 2009, Face of Fashion Eastgate 2010 and Miss Rivonia 2010.

Montjane will now represent South Africa at Miss Universe 2011 on August and in Miss World 2011 on December.
