Norma Leticia Lara (Belize) - Miss World 2009 Candidate
Miss Belize, Norma Leticia "Letty" Lara is one of the 112 contestants of Miss World 2009 Beauty Pageant to be held on December 12 in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Norma is studying medicine at university and has ambitions to become a paediatrician. She enjoys swimming dancing and playing beach volleyball. She once worked as a columnist on a local paper as a voice for teenagers. She loves animals and has three dogs, a Poodle, a German Shepherd and a Rottweiler. Norma’s motto is “Faith moves mountains”.
Lara was crowned Miss World Belize 2009 at the Corozal Andres Campos Civil Center in the town of Corozal.
