Miss Tanzania, Miriam Gerald is one of the 112 contestants of Miss World 2009 Beauty Pageant to be held on December 12 in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Miriam is from Mwanza in North West Tanzania. She is working as a part time sales representative but her ambition is to become a lawyer. Her hobbies include swimming and cooking her favourite dish - fried fish and ugali. Her personal motto is “Use what you have to make things happen”.
