Cherie Gardiner (Northern Ireland) - Miss World 2009 Candidate
Miss Northern Ireland, Cherie Louise Gardiner is one of the 112 contestants of Miss World 2009 Beauty Pageant to be held on December 12 in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Cherie hails from Bangor, a scenic seaside town in Northern Ireland. She is currently awaiting her A level results and hopes to go on to study mechanical engineering at university. She is a devoted dancer with ballet and modern classical her personal favourites. Her proudest moment was the first time she was selected to perform in a production for the Royal Opera House in Belfast. Cherie names “Make the most of everyday and everyone” as her personal motto.
Gardiner was crowned as Miss Northern Ireland 2009 at the Hotel Europa in Belfast.
