Anindya Kusuma Putri wins Puteri Indonesia 2015
The Puteri Indonesia 2015 competition took place at the Plenary Hall of the Jakarta Convention Center on February 20th. Miss Central Java, 23-year old Anindya Kusuma Putri, beat 36 other contestants for the title and was crowned Puteri Indonesia 2015.
Standing 1.76m tall, Anyndia comes from Semarang and was crowned by reigning Miss Universe and special guest Paulina Vega. She will represent her country at the Miss Universe 2016 pageant.
The 1st runner-up was Miss West Kalimantan Chintya Fabiola, who will travel to Tokyo to compete in Miss International 2015 in October; and the 2nd runner-up was Miss North Sulawesi, Gresya Maaliwuga, who will compete in Miss Supranational 2015 to be held later in the year.
