Ruveyda Oksuz crowned Miss Turkey 2013

19 year old Ruveyda Oksuz from Istanbul won the title and the crown of Miss Turkey 2013 during an annual gala took place last May 31 in Istanbul.

Standing 5'11" tall, Ruveyda will enter the Miss World 2013 competition to be held on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Bogor, West Java in Indonesia.

Finished as 1st run-up place and also crowned as Miss Turkey Universe 2013 was 18 year old Berrin Keklikler from Almanya. She stands 5'10" tall and will compete in Miss Universe 2013 pageant probably on December.

Crowned as Miss Turkey International 2013 and placed 2nd run-up was 26 year old Ahu Agisbas from Istanbul. She stands 5'9.5" tall and will go to Miss International 2013.

Invited as one of the panel of judges was former Miss World of 2012, Wenxia Yu from China.

Miss Supranational Brazil 2013 is Raquel Benetti

25 year old Raquel Benetti from Sao Francisco de Paula was crowned as Miss Supranational Brazil 2013 during a small celebration held at the Sociedade Ginastica Novo Hamburgo, in the city of Novo Hamburgo in Rio Grande do Sul.

Works as an international model, Raquel has competed in multiple local competitions before having placed 2nd in both Miss Brazil World 2013 and Miss Rio Grande do Sul Universe 2011.

Benetti has lived in several different countries and can speak English and bit of Spanish.

As the new Miss Supranational Brazil 2013, she will be competing in Miss Supranational 2013 which will took place on September 6 at the Sport's Palace of Minsk, Belarus.

Jamey Bowers finally wins Miss Scotland for 2013

Miss Scotland 1st run-up in 2009 and 2nd run-up in 2010, now 24 year old Jamey Bowers from Edinburgh finally won the crown of Miss Scotland 2013 which took place last May 29 at the Old Fruitmarket in Glasgow.

“I can’t believe I’ve won — It really has been third time lucky for me. I was Katharine Brown’s runner-up in Miss Scotland 2009 and the following year I was third when Nicola Mimnagh took the title. Now it’s finally my turn and I’m over the moon. I can’t think of anything more worthy than being an ambassador for Scotland and I will work hard to do everyone proud. I’m so honoured — I feel overwhelmed and so happy” the new queen proudly says.

Jamey will be the official representative of Scotland in Miss World 2013 on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Bogor, West Java in Indonesia.

Yinnela Yero Torres is Miss Supranational Panama 2013

Last May 29 at the Hard Rock Hotel in Panama Megapolis, 23 year old Yinnela Yohan Yero Torres was crowned as the new Miss Supranational Panama 2013.

Standing 5'10.5" tall, Yinnela works as a TV presenter and model and holds a degree in maritime business. She will compete representing Panama in Miss Supranational 2013 which will be held on September 6 at the Sport's Palace of Minsk, Belarus where she will wear national costume created by by local artist Daniel Cortina.

The event was hosted by former Miss Panama and TV host Stefanie de Roux, with the participation of Nadege Herrera (5th run-up in Miss World 2009) and Karina Pinilla (Miss Supranational 2010). Elissa Estrada, Miss Supranational Americas 2012 crowned Torres. Both crowns were designed by Panamanian artist Gustavo Carrera.

Miss Universe Canada 2013 Result

The 11th annual Miss Universe Canada took place last May 25 at the Bluma Appel Theatre of the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts in Toronto. Crowned the winner during the night was 26 year old Denise Garrido from Bradford, Ontario.

A mixed of Portuguese and Brazilian descent, Denise stands 1.76m tall, holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and has a degree in Biomedical Sciences with Cum Laude distinction. She also represented Canada in Miss Earth 2008 and Miss World 2010.

Few days after Garrido's crowning, the organization Beauties of Canada (BOC) released a statement about a typo error discovered in the top 5 entries, which significantly impacted the final results of the competition which happened for the 1st time in the history of BOC.

She will now the official representative of Canada in Miss Universe 2013 on December.

Hanniel Jamin crowned Miss Universe Ghana 2013

18 year old Hanniel Jamin from Accra was crowned at the Palm Royal Hotel in Accra on May 24 as this year's Miss Universe Ghana.

Finished as 1st run-up was Emerald Ansah, and 2nd run-up was Helen Dake.

Hanniel stands 5'9.5" tall and she will represent Ghana in Miss Universe 2013 to be held later this year.

Former Miss Universe 2012, Leila Lopes from Angola served as one the of panelist.

Meet Norway's representative to Miss Supranational 2013

Mixed of Norwegian and Filipino descent, 22 year old Marie Molo Peter was handpicked to be the official entry of Norway in the upcoming Miss Supranational 2013 beauty contest to be held on September 6 in Minsk, Belarus.

Marie Molo is considered to be a pageant veteran as she was the 2nd run-up in Miss Universe Norway 2012, competed in Binibining Pilipinas (Miss Philippines Universe) 2012, and also the winner of Mutya ng Pilipinas (Pearl of the Philippines) Scandinavia & The Nordics 2013.

Bai Xueying (China) wins Miss Tourism Queen Asia 2013

A total of 37 Asian countries and Tourism Regions competed at Miss Tourism Queen Asia 2013 pageant which took place on May 18 in Xitang, China and organized by ERM.

Emerged as the queen was Bai Xueying representing Zhejiang (China). The 1st run-up was Assemgul Ibrayeva, Miss Tajikistan. In 2nd run-up place was Miss Chiangmai (Thailand), Pongphan Kaewmano. The 3rd run-up was Cristine Racel representing Cebu (Philippines). And finally in the 4th run-up position was Miss Mongolia, Michimaa Gankhuyag.

Angelee Claudette delos Reyes wins Miss Philippines Earth 2013!

Considered as a pageant veteran, 25 year old Angelee Claudett delos Reyes representing Olongapo City won the 13th Miss Philippines Earth crown. Awarding her was last year's winner Stephany Stefanowitz.

Angelee stands 5'7.5" tall. She joined Miss Philippines Earth 2009, also Top 15 in Mutya ng Pilipinas 2007, winner of Miss Bikini Philippines 2011, Top 12 in Miss Bikini International 2011, Top 8 in Miss Supermodel International 2012 and Top 12 in Binibining Pilipinas 2012 contests.

Claudette will now represent the Philippines in the upcoming Miss Earth 2013 contest on November.

Miss Kyrgyzstan 2013 winner is Zhibek Nukeyeva

20 year old Zhibek Nukeyeva from Shymkent was crowned as the new Miss Kyrgyzstan 2013 held at the Golden Dragon Hotel in Bishkek on May 12.

Zhibek stands 5'6" tall and she will be the official entry of her country in Miss World 2013 pageant to took place on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Bogor, West Java in Indonesia.

Finished as the 1st run-up was 22 year old Meerim Erkinbayeva from Bishkek. She stands 5'7.5" tall and will compete in Miss International 2013.

Maryam Yesenova ended as the 2nd run-up.

Chalita Yaemwannang wins Miss Universe Thailand 2013

25 year old Chalita Yaemwannang from Bangkok won the title and the crown of Miss Universe Thailand 2013 which was held at the Royal Paragon Hall of the Siam Paragon Complex in Bangkok last May 11.

Standing 5'9" tall, Chalita will represent Thailand in Miss Universe 2013 to be held later this year.

22 year old Camille Munro from Regina was crowned as the new Miss World Canada 2013 during an annual competition held last May 9 at the River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond.

Finished as the 1st run-up was Tamara Jemuovic, while the 2nd run-up position was won by Anastasia Lin.

Standing 5'7" tall, Camille will represent Canada at the Miss World 2013 contest to take place on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Bogor, West Java in Indonesia.

Meet Miss World Costa Rica & her Court

An special pageant held at the Asociacion Casa China Costarricense, in San Jose where 7 equally beautiful women participated.

Announced as the new Miss World Costa Rica 2013 was 23 year old Yarly Marin from Puntarenas. She stands 5'5.5" tall and will be the official representative of Costa Rica in the upcoming Miss World 2013 which will take place on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center, Bogor in West Java in Indonesia.

At the same event, 21 year old Andrea Rojas from Palmares, Alajuela won the title of Miss International Costa Rica 2013. She stands tall at 5'6" tall and she will go to the Miss International 2013 contest.

The crown of Miss Intercontinental Costa Rica 2013 was given to 18 year old Brenda Muñoz. She will enter the Miss Intercontinental 2013 competition to be held in Egypt on November.

Placed as the 1st run-up was Fabiola Charpentier.

Miss Northern Ireland 2013 is Meagan Green

23 year old Meagan Green who hails from Lisburn was crowned as the new Miss Northern Ireland 2013 during an event held last May 13 at the Europa Hotel in Belfast.

A 1st run-up in last years Miss Northern Ireland, Meagan stands 5'7.5" tall and she will represent her country on Miss World 2013 pageant to be held on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Bogor, West Java in Indonesia.

Finished as the 1st run-up was Anna Henry, while Emma Ward ended as the 2nd run-up.

Melita Fabecic is Miss Universe Hrvatske 2013

An 18 year old lass from Zagreb, Melita Fabecic was crowned as the new Miss Universe Hrvatske 2013 and beat out 19 other hopefuls during an annual event took place at the Crystal Ballroom of the Westin Zagreb Hotel on May 10.

Standing 5'10" tall, Melita will represent Croatia at the upcoming Miss Universe 2013 later this year.

Antea Valenta and Mia Milinovic emerged as the 1st and 2nd runners-up respectively.

Lotta Hintsa crowned Miss Suomi 2013

24 year old Lotta Hintsa from Jyvaskyla won the title of Miss Suomi 2013 during an annual pageant took place at the Langvik Congress Wellness Hotel in Kirkkonummi last May 5.

Lotta stands 5'6" tall and she will be the official representative of Finland in Miss Universe 2013 later this year.

Announced as 1st princess was 20 year old Maija Kerisalmi from Nokia. She stands 5'9.5" tall and will enter the Miss World 2013 contest to be held on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Bogor, West Java in Indonesia.

Meanwhile, Helianna Ylimaula, a 23 year old beauty from Siuntio was proclaimed as the 2nd princess. She stands 5'6.5" tall and will go to the Miss International 2013 to be held later this year.

Marine Lorphelin is Miss France 2013

19 year old Marine Lorphelin from Macon was crowned Miss France 2013 at Zenith of Limoges on December 8.

Marine will represent France in Miss World 2013 in Jakarta, Indonesia on September 28 2013 and Miss Universe 2013.

Hinarani de Longeaux was the 1st and will compete in Miss Universe 2013. Sophie Garenaux was the 2nd run-up.

Miss Panama Universo 2013 is Carolina Brid Cerrud

Miss Veraguas, Carolina Brid Cerrud was crowned as the new Miss Panama Universo 2013 during an event which took place at the Anayansi Theater in the ATLAPA Convention Center on April 30.

22 year old Carolina from Panama City stands 5'11.5" tall. She was previously crowned as Miss Tourism Metropolitan and the 1st run-up at the Miss Tourism International 2011 pageant held in Malaysia. Brid will now represent her country in Miss Universe 2013 later this year.

Finished as 1st run-up was Miss Los Santos, Sara Bello. A former queen of the popular “Calle Abajo” of the Las Tablas carnival, she will enter the Miss Intercontinental 2013 pageant to be held in Egypt in November.

2nd run-up was Miss Panama Centro, 20 year old Maria Gabrielle Sealy. She will travel to Ecuador to compete in the Miss Continente Americano 2013 pageant in September.

Completing the Top 6 finalists were Miss Panama Este (Melanie Ruiz), Miss Comarcas (Janitzel Ferrara) and Miss Colon (Zumay Antonios).

Donna Borg Leyland wins Miss World Malta 2013

21 year old Donna Borg Leyland from Attard won the title of Miss World Malta 2013 which took place at the Grand Master's Suite of the Hilton Malta in St. Julian's on April 27.

Maria Galea was the 1st run-up and Christine Mifsud was the 2nd run-up.

Standing 5'5.5" tall, Donna will travel to Indonesia to represent Malta in Miss World 2013 to take place on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Bogor, West Java.

Restituta Mfumu crowned as Miss Guinea Equatorial 2013

19 year old Restituta Mifumu Nguema Okomo from Micomeseng was crowned Miss Guinea Equatorial 2013 held at the Sipopo Conference Center in Malabo on April 27.

Lisa de Bata and Joana de Nsork Nsomo finished as 1st and 2nd runners-up respectively.

Standing 5'7" tall, Restituta will represent Equatorial Guinea in Miss World 2013 to be held on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center, Bogor, West Java in Indonesia.

Monica Elwin Gough wins Miss Honduras 2013

Representing Islas de la Bahia, 19 year old Monica Elwin Gough won the crown of Miss Honduras 2013 held last April 27 at the Expocentro in San Pedro Sula.

Standing 5'7" tall, Monica from Roatan will represent her country Honduras at the 63rd Miss World pageant to take place on September 28 in West Java, Indonesia.

Andrea Lopez wins the 1st run-up place while Nelly Reyes finished as 2nd run-up. Shetill Rodriguez, Yunabel Unzu and Geidy Sevilla completed the top 6 finalists.

During the event, Jennifer Giselle Valle Morel, Miss Honduras 2012 was announced to compete in Miss International 2013.

Nuestra Belleza El Salvador 2013 Winners

Last April 26 at the Royal Decameron Salinitas Hotel in Los Cobanos, the Nuestra Belleza El Salvador 2013 took place.

Crowned as Nuestra Belleza El Salvador Universo 2013 was the 22 year old Alba Delgado from San Salvador. She stands 5'10" tall and will enter the Miss Universe 2013 pageant later this year.

Meanwhile, the winner of Nuestra Belleza El Salvador Mundo 2013 was Paola Ayala also from San Salvador. She is 18 years of age and stands tall at 5'6.5" tall. She will go to Indonesia to represent her country in Miss World 2013 to be held on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Bogor, West Java.

Placed as 1st run-up was Fatima Ferrufino. 2nd run-up position went to Brenda Platero. And finally, the 3rd run-up was Karina Velasquez.

Miss Mundo Argentina 2013 is Maria Teresa Kuster

Representing Villa Urquiza, Buenos Aires (Cap. Federal), Maria Teresa Kuster won the title of Miss Mundo Argentina 2013 during an annual competition held on April 26 in Santa Fe.

24 year old Maria Teresa stands 5'9" tall and will travel to Indonesia to represent Argentina in Miss World 2013 on September 28 to be held at the Sentul International Convention Center in Bogor, West Java in Indonesia.

Crowned as Miss Internacional Argentina 2013 was 20 year old Zaida Schoop from Cordoba. This beauty stands 5'10" and she will enter the Miss International 2013 pageant later this year.

Finished as 2nd run-up was Luciana Robles. Completing the top 5 finalists were Maria Alicia Feregotto and Dagny Cameron.

Ella Langsford wins Miss World New Zealand 2013

20 year old Ella Liliane Langsford from Auckland was crowned as the new Miss World New Zealand 2013 during an event held last April 27 at the Te Pai Centre of the Netball Waitakere in Auckland.

Standing 5'9" tall, Ella will be the official representative of New Zealand in the upcoming Miss World 2013 contest to take place on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Bogor, West Java in Indonesia.

Finished as the 1st run-up was Casey Radley from England. She stands 5'10" tall and will compete in Miss International 2013.

Announced as the 2nd run-up was Rachel Hope Crofts.
