Jakelyne Oliveira crowned Miss Brasil 2013

Miss Brasil 2013 winner Jakelyne Oliveira

20 year old Jakelyne Oliveira from Rondonopolis won the title of the 59th Miss Brasil held at the Minascentro in Belo Horizonte in Minas Gerais last September 28, 2013 where 27 candidates competed. She was crowned by the outgoing winner Gabriela Markus during the event hosted by Renata Fan and Sergio Marone.

Standing 1.78m tall, Jakelyne will be the official representative of Brazil in Miss Universe 2013 on November 9 at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia.

Finished as 1st run-up was representing Minas Gerais, 25 year old Janaina Barcelos from Betim. She will enter the Miss International 2013 pageant on December 17 at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel Hall in Tokyo, Japan.

The 2nd run-up was 21 year old Miss Bahia, Priscila Santiago from Araujos. She will go to the Philippines to compete in Miss Earth 2013 on December 7 at the Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City in Metro Manila.

Completing the top 5 finalists were Isis Stocco (Parana) and Bruna Michels (Sao Paulo).

The top 10 finalists were Mariana Vasconcelos (Ceara), Helena Rios (Pernambuco), Cristina Alves (Rio Grande do Norte), Vitoria Sulczinski (Rio Grande do Sul) and Lisianny Bispo (Sergipe).

Rest of the Top 15 Quarter-Finalists were Anne Volponi (Espirito Santo), PatrĂ­cia Machry (Mato Grosso do Sul), Anne Caroline Vieira (Para), Orama Valentim (Rio de Janeiro) and Francielle Kloster (Santa Catarina).

Anne Volponi was voted as Miss Congeniality by her co-candidates. Best in National Costume was given to Sileima Alves. And voted by fans online as Miss Internet was Patricia Machry.
