BIO:
Hello everyone, my name is Ashleigh Allport and I'm a 20 year old student currently working towards a Bachelor of Business degree at the Auckland University of Technology, with a double major in both marketing and management.
I live in Stanmore Bay with my mum, dad and older brother Mathew. Family is important to me, and I am very grateful to have their constant love and support towards my dream of representing New Zealand at the Miss Earth pageant and the chance to raise awareness of pressing environmental issues.
As a young woman I believe it's important to strive for success and to set an example, I have entered Miss Earth to break the "mold" and prove that beauty pageant constants are smart confident young women. In my spare time I am a volunteer lifesaver at the Red Beach Surf Life Saving Club and play netball for East Coast Bays, I also I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family, going to the beach and tenpin bowling. My friends would describe me as an outgoing, positive, motivated and friendly person who loves to play harmless practical jokes.
