25 year old Heyzme Nansubuga is the winner of Miss Uganda 2010 held at the Imperial Royal Hotel in Kampala on September 25.

Ha Hyunjung of Korea wins Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International 2010
Miss Korea, Ha Hyunjung wins Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International 2010 on September 25th in Qingzhou, China where 75 international beauties competed.
“I feel great pride as Miss Korea to win the top title at an international event and will take on the role with great humility. I plan to participate actively in hands-on charity work such as environmental protection and helping needy children,” Ha Hyunjung said.
“Miss Tourism Queen International is more than about promoting tourism but it aims to encourage cultural relations among different countries. I wish to become an ambassador for cultural exchange in our global community,” Ha Hyunjung added.
The Miss Korea, Ha Hyunjung is reported to have drawn the judges’ interest at the Q&A session, during which she responded to questions in fluent English. She will return home on October 2 after touring several cities in China.
Miss Tourism Queen International was launched in 1993 for the purpose of revamping the tourism industry and advancing international cultural exchange.
It has been held in China annually for the past seven years.

She was crowned by Jimena Navarette, Nuestra Belleza Universo 2009 and Miss Universe 2010.

21 year old Miss Teruel, Paula Guillo was crowned as the new Miss Spain 2010 or locally known as Miss Espana 2010 beauty pageant held at the City Hall Plaza in Toledo (in the outskirts of Madrid) on September 25. She was crowned by Estebaliz Pereira, Miss Spain 2009.

I'm very family orientated and I believe that is very important in today's society. I live on the North Shore with my mother and 5 siblings. My mother is my inspiration. In my spare time I mentor a child through an organisation called pillars, which works for children with parents in jail. I also enjoy going to the gym, reading, sewing and renovating my own home, which I purchased earlier this year.
I have entered Miss Earth New Zealand 2010, as it has been my goal since I entered my first pageant at 14 to win a Miss New Zealand Title and represent New Zealand internationally.
Winning the title would mean a lot to me, as I would have achieved one of my long-term goals.(Plus it would be a great thing to tell the grandkids, 'I wasn't always this old and wrinkly, I used to be a beauty queen once. I was Miss New Zealand'.
I think I would make a great title holder because I am aware that it's a yearlong title. It doesn't just end once the international pageant is over. I know that because it's something I want and because it means something to me I wont give up half way through my reign. My work behind the scenes in pageants has shown me what is required of the winner in regards to meetings, charity work, appearances and input to future pageants so I am fully aware of what I would be getting myself into.

Born to a solo mother, I was raised to be independent, to aim high, and work for what I wanted. These attributes have benefited me well in life, not only am I one of only 5 people in New Zealand history to have been moved up 2 years in our schooling system, I have also had the opportunity to represent our country in several sporting arenas. Having a karate sensei for a (step) father I was brought up to be disciplined, strong, respectful, and a quick thinker, coupled with a mother that reinforced the use of your brain over your looks, I became an enterprising and enthusiastic learner, whilst still being able to recognise my own weaknesses. These are all characteristics that I believe rank highly in someone that should be a role model for young woman in our country.
I consider myself to be an all round Kiwi girl, although I have the typical love for shoes a young woman has, I am not afraid to muck in, and get the job done. I am South African and have been living in New Zealand since I was eight years old, so I call New Zealand home. I Love my country and am indulged by its beauty and cultural integration. Not only do I aspire to mentor, and empower New Zealand's youth but also to help our country embrace its beauty and take care of our environment, I endeavor to help people be aware of their carbon footprint. If I win Miss Earth 2010, I will be sure to invest my energy and heart into what I truly believe is worth fighting for, it is not a world piece statement I wish to achieve but the ability to be able to use the resources I am given to make a difference. My hobbies include – animal rights, makeup artistry and hairstyling, literature, classic Hollywood films, soccer, fashion styling and photography. I am currently finishing my year at Beauty College. My number one goal in life at the present is to inform people about product testing on animals, why it is wrong and why it is ethically and environmentally better for the environment to use products specifically against animal testing.
My mantra in life is the quote of my favourite Hollywood actress and philanthropist – the late Audrey Hepburn who said: 'Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms. As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands, one for helping yourself and the other for helping others'.
